Other things to note Due to legal regulations, it is mandatory to submit passports of all guests staying, through the designated form after booking. If you leave more than 30 minutes past the designated time, an extension fee of 2,200 yen will be charged for every 30 minutes past the checkout time. ▼If you lose or damage the key, you will be required to pay a fee of 9,000 yen. Additionally, if you damage any items inside the room, you will be charged appropriate compensation. Please handle everything with care. ▼ Smoking inside the room is strictly prohibited. If discovered, a penalty fee of 50,000 yen will be charged. ▼If a fire occurs due to the customer's negligence, resulting in the room becoming unusable, we will request appropriate compensation. Please be extremely careful when handling fire sources. ▼Accommodating more guests than the number booked is strictly forbidden. If violated, the accommodation fee will be charged at double the normal rate. ▼The following actions will result in penalties, so please be aware: -Excessive dirtiness inside the room (including wearing shoes inside) -Severe damage or soiling of linens or towels -Leaving large trash items such as suitcases unattended ▼ Please be sure to check carefully for any belongings when checking out. Food items will be discarded, and other lost items will be kept for one week. ▼Loitering, smoking, or littering cigarettes outside the entrance is absolutely prohibited. Penalties will be imposed if violated. ▼Nighttime noise or coming and going can disturb neighbors, so please be quiet at all times.
