I offer a beautiful renovated and FRESH apartment (in case of high heat) that can accommodate 2 people. Located in the countryside, in a very quiet little village, this place is perfect for relaxing or making a stopover. Equipped and spacious (parking space in front, separate entrance and baby cot on request), this apartment will satisfy anyone in search of calm. Out of respect for the neighborhood and the tranquility of the village, festive gatherings are prohibited. The space This accommodation is located 10 min from the RCEA (2X2 lanes), Montluçon, Chambon-sur-Voueize and Evaux-les-Bains (spa town). There is a cheese vending machine on site, otherwise the first shops are in Budelière 3 minutes away (inn, bakery and hairdresser). Hiking enthusiasts ( on foot or by bike), many paths are accessible not far from your listing. This apartment is NON-SMOKING and VERY COOL in case of high heat. For allergy reasons, no pets allowed. Guest access You can stay parked in front of the apartment. The accommodation is on one level once you are inside. However, you have to climb 3 small steps to access it (as the photo of the outside shows...) A baby cot can be provided upon request. Other things to note In order not to increase the price of the stay, we charge a small cleaning fee. Therefore, we ask that you return the accommodation to us in the condition in which you found it (clean and tidy). The bed is made upon arrival. One bath towel is provided per guest.
