This beautiful 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom family friendly guest house is perfect for quick trips to the beach. Walk to the sand in 5 minutes. Located 2 miles to Port Canaveral, 2 miles to the Cocoa Beach Pier, 30 minutes to Kennedy Space Center, and 45 minutes to Orlando International Airport. Central AC. The space The guest house is one floor, but on the second story. No one living on first floor. Facing the ocean is a one story main house where there is a second rental building. Not total obstruction. Plenty of ocean view but this guest house is NOT ocean front. One minute walk to the boardwalk and beach using the public boardwalk. The guest house includes beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, boogie boards, towels, linens, kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, full size stove and oven, hot kettle, cookware, quality dishes, silverware, coffee pot, tea and coffee. You only need to bring a swimsuit to enjoy your beach vacation! Two bedrooms: One with queen bed, the other with 3 single beds (trundle and singular). Full bath room with shower, but no bathtub. Hairdryer is provided and so is a partial ocean view from the shower. Closets in each bedroom with extra blankets and stand up fan. Front and back balcony both with stairs. Not handicap accessible. Not suitable for infants. Wifi and one television in living room. No Laundry available on site, but there are quite a few laundry services near by. Your guide book is stocked with local menus, maps, tour pamphlets and everything you need for a relaxing stay. Parking is located in our private driveway that is off the street. Backyard is partially shaded with palm trees and is usually quiet. Turf yard is only for the Guest House guests so no need to worry about sharing. The front house guests have their own access to the beach and private deck. The only part shared is the driveway. Yard & exterior lighting is solar and main is motion-sensored. Although the guest house is very private, the space is shared. Please don't be alarmed of other guests and please be courteous. Guest access Easy and Private Guest Access! Guests will access the guest house by going up the front exterior stairs to the second floor. A touch screen keypad is where you'll enter the code followed by the # sign. You can let yourself right in and start your vacation immediately! There is free parking in our driveway. Other things to note Hurricane season is June 1st and will end on November 30th. Turtle season is from May 1st through October 31st. We recently installed an outdoor shower on the north side of the stairs that leads you up to the guest house. Perfect for removing sand after the beach! Available for your use are beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, and beach toys.
