The space The two large and bright bedrooms are air-conditioned and have double beds measuring 1.60 X 1.90 with memory mattress and, on request, a third standard size bed. The Naïf Room measures over 16 square meters; it is equipped with an armchair and a comfortable terrace with chairs and a coffee table. The Pop-art Room measures over 18 square meters; it has an armchair and a sofa, a 43" smart TV with HDR and 4K Ultra HD technology, and unlimited Netflix connection. The bathroom has a window and is equipped with a bathtub/shower, a hairdryer and an independent boiler, in order to allow everyone present to use the desired hot water. The air-conditioned and fully equipped kitchen has a large and comfortable dining area. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the price; upon request, additional cleaning is available at a cost of €30.00 and linen changes for the room and bathroom (with bed making by the customer) at a cost of €15.00 for each double room, €25.00 for each triple room.
