PET FREE indoor/outdoor. *Pet free/NO pets allowed* , no exceptions. NO smoking (any device/format)on the premises. Max 3/No children under 5. Apartment access is thru INDOOR garage stairs;not recommended for individuals with mobility issues. No entrance by deck (there are no lights). The space INSIDE entrance through garage/BrightEyesFiber Shop area using a digital key pad. INTERIOR 2nd floor access via keypad. NO WiFi. Your HOTSPOT works great here. DISH TV in living room. Small kitchen furnished for simple cooking or baking. Oven, Microwave & 3/4 size refrigerator. No garbage disposal or dishwasher. A small dining area for meals. Living room Futon sofa folds down for a full size bed. French door leads to deck area with comfortable chairs/ small bistro set overlooking pool & pastures. Chair cushions kept inside by dining table. Bedroom has new KING sized pillowtop bed & lots of quilts & blankets for comfort. Electric fireplace with club chairs in Master Suite. Full bathroom with tub/shower & double sinks. Sheets, towels, extra blankets, pool towels & basic amenities provided. Central AC/Heat. Ceiling fans. Sound machine & chargers are available. Note: Insurance/County codes restrict the Airbnb guests to 3- No children under 5- NO exceptions. All guests must be registered. We host guest with allergies , therefore -NO animals are allowed on premises (our guardian dogs also consider other animals as predators!) and * NO smoking (of ANY product , Vaping or E-cigs, Marijuana) inside or anywhere on the premises. *This is a 2nd floor apartment, requiring stair climbing. NOT recommended for individuals with mobility issues or young children under 5. NO portable grills/hibachi/fire pits allowed on the premises due to County burn bans & frequent high winds! Guest access REGISTERED guests have access to the pool June-Labor Day, during posted hours. (10 am-9 pm) No night swimming. Our pool uses a UV light filteration system, not chemicals. Note: the pool area is SHARED(just like a hotel) with the owners......we try not to interfere with your pool time, but sometimes after barn time, we take a plunge! Note: NO smoking (of ANY product , Vaping or E-cigs or Marijuana). Please do not enter any fenced areas unless attended by owners; refrain from reaching inside the fence. Our dogs are friendly, but are on duty protecting their herd! We are a working farm conducting tours, educational venues , volunteers, & operating heavy equipment after 8 a.m. Our dogs are nocturnal-- on duty all night! Other things to note We arrived in Farmville in June 2016 and have been very busy converting our tiny farm to a happy place for our alpacas . We currently own 12 alpacas & 2 working dogs ( Livestock Guardian Dogs) named Jili & Journey- Italian Maremma Sheepdogs. We are a unique working farm, and sometimes night predators will keep our dogs busy barking. We apologize, but we can not predict how this might impact your sleep!
