Other things to note 🏢🚫 The apartments are on the 2nd floor and the buildings do not have an elevator. 😊💵 A cash deposit of $2,000 per apartment ($4,000 in total) is requested, much less than the $5,000 per apartment requested by the other apartments in Mayan Lakes. 100% refunded if there are no fines or damage to the condo or apartment. 🏖️🎟️ To access the clubs you need to have wristbands, the cost per wristband is $500 and includes $250 in food and beverages. A maximum of 14 wristbands can be purchased. 👥👶 We can accommodate a maximum of 14 people in the 2 apartments + 2 babies (under 2 years of age), any child over 2 years of age also counts as a person just like an adult. IF MORE PEOPLE THAN ALLOWED ARRIVE, THEY WILL NOT BE GIVEN ACCESS TO THE CONDOMINIUM, AVOID A BAD TIME AND DO NOT EXCEED THE LIMIT OF PEOPLE ALLOWED. Visits that result in exceeding the maximum number of people are not allowed. 🛏️🏠 The rooms with 1 single bed were the service rooms that we adapted to accommodate another person. 🛋️🧼 During normal use of the accommodation, it is natural for some stains to occur on furniture (armchairs and cushions), bedding (duvets, sheets and towels) and walls. These stains usually resist conventional cleaning methods, such as machine washing or cleaning with household products. We are fully aware of this and periodically carry out professional cleaning, in addition to repainting the walls, in order to keep our facilities in optimal condition. Despite our efforts, it's natural that with such frequent use some stains will appear, even after a thorough cleaning after each guest change. However, prior to your arrival, we carried out a thorough cleaning of the apartment. We care deeply about the cleanliness and comfort of our guests, so we strive to make sure the place is in top condition to welcome everyone who visits us. 😊🍼 We offer a travel crib for $199 + VAT for the entire stay, subject to availability (almost always available). 🌧️🚫 The pool may occasionally be closed without notice for maintenance, usually due to heavy rains or some unforeseen incident. This is very rare and happens perhaps once or twice a year. 💦👚The washer and dryer are available for stays above 5 nights only, you have to request it. 🧂☕💧We do NOT provide coffee, sugar, salt, oil, or water in our accommodation, as many guests did not use them and, as they deteriorated rapidly, they generated waste. To care for the environment and reduce the use of disposable plastics, we prefer not to offer bottled water. This practice also allows us to reduce costs and thus offer you better prices.
