The space The living space is comfortable and clean with lots of light coming through the windows. The dining area is set for 6 and can accommodate 8 with additional chairs. The kitchen has a dishwasher and everything you need for preparing meals and is well stocked with towels, cleaning products and spices. The patio has seating for 8 and a large propane grill for guests to use. Fire pit, complimentary wood, what s’mores could you ask for?!?! There is a large front loading washer and dryer in the basement stocked with detergent. Family friendly items: children’s books, games and toys. 2 high chair/booster seats, 2 pack n plays available upon request. Bedrooms and bathrooms are well appointed with fresh linens and towels. Extra beach towels are available in the linen closet on the second level. There is a bathtub for children and 2 showers all stocked with shampoo, conditioner and soap. The property is 0.8 acres and is surrounded by mature trees that provide shade and privacy. The shed has 3 kayaks and roof racks for guests to use. Life jackets are available for infants, children and adults. There is a small boat launch 2 miles away near the gazebo in town. Spend the day on the lake and have a picnic downtown in the park. Two Stand up paddleboards may be available upon request and with prior experience. Trash and recycling pick up can be arranged for guests wishing to stay for an extended time. All guests are welcome to contact with any questions or requests. The hosts have lived in Skaneateles for 30 years and are passionate about sharing all there is to do nearby! Hiking, fishing, boating, restaurants, parks, antiques, there is something for everyone! Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire property which includes a front and back lawn.
