Smart home features including Alexa, high speed internet (150 Mbps) with WiFi extender, Smart TVs in each room, and keyless entry for your added convenience. Once you arrive, you will have access to our customized QR Code & Welcome Packet that you can scan with your phone to gain access to an abundance of information and local resources. Private balcony facing quiet courtyard with comfortable chairs for your relaxation. All rooms are equipped with air conditioners, ceiling fans, and blackout shades for your comfort. We also provide 2 customized beach bags with plenty of beach towels to use during your stay. Additionally, you will have access to your own private laundry room with a 2-in-1 washer & dryer. Guest access Guests can access the communal rooftop pool and gym with access cards that we will provide during your stay. Guests may also utilize the underground parking garage for cars and bikes based on a first come first serve basis. Available parking spots are limited. Paid street parking is an alternative option as well.
