The space is pleasant, airy, with the differential of being an external suite, providing greater freedom of movement for guests! The suite has important amenities such as air conditioning, work/study space, with desk, office chair and fast internet, integrated bathroom (suite), 32-inch Smart TV, low cabinet with doors to accommodate your belongings, clothes rack for clothes, shoes, etc.! Minors must be accompanied by parents/guardians, duly proven. Shared outdoor kitchen for guest use. Guest access - The Suite has an entrance from the outside of the house (garage), which provides greater freedom of movement for guests. - You will have private access to the suite. - You will have shared access with residents/other guests to the gourmet area/external kitchen for small meals, garage, backyard. - You won't have access to the inside of the house. During your stay I will be available by message or phone call and, at night, in person, if necessary, to answer questions or resolve any needs of the guest.
