Open & Bright Paramount Heights

Enjoy plenty of space to work from home, relax and sleep in our naturally bright and open 1,800 sq. ft. ranch home. Our neighborhood and neighbors are very quiet and we are a couple of blocks away from Paramount Park and the great open space of Crown Hill park. Downtown Denver is 17 minutes away. Red Rocks is 21 minutes away. Major ski resorts are roughly 1 hour 20 minutes away. Access to I-70 is 2 miles and 6th Ave is 3.8 miles, both of which will take you to the city and mountains. The space This unit is only for 30+ days. This is our personal home. It is complete with everything you’ll need for daily living in comfort. Please note that “entire place” is the best fit description Airbnb provides for our particular situation. The basement is a separate unit that is a full time short term rental. There is a large tub in the main bathroom and epson salt underneath the sink should you need to soak. The mattress is a queen sized medium firm. All linens and towels are 100% cotton. The following toiletries are provided: Pantene shampoo and conditioner, Olay or Dove body wash, Lubriderm lotion, q-tips, cotton balls or pads, floss picks, toilet paper (4 rolls per stay), paper towels (2 rolls per stay), trash bag liners for the bathrooms, trash bags for kitchen trash (10 bags per stay), 1 sponge, Dawn dish soap (16oz per stay), and Arm & Hammer, Boulder, Gain, or Kirkland's laundry detergent (33oz per stay). Guest access Feel free to use the patio, outdoor furniture, and yard at your leisure. Do keep in mind that it is shared space with other Airbnb renters downstairs. Other things to note We have moderate to severe allergies to pet dander and since our HVAC system is connected, we do not allow any animals inside the unit. As the HVAC system is shared with the basement unit, please bear the following in mind as well: 1. Highly odorous cooking smells may travel the vents and reach this unit - this is infrequent, but is a possibility 2. There is opportunity for noise with those whose voices carry louder than the average person 3. Be conscientious about noise level when walking and speaking, especially in the hallway bathroom, as the vent is directly connected to the kitchen in the lower unit 4. No shoes in the house past the front entrance 5. The lower unit’s doors may open and close fairly loudly depending on the user. That sound can be heard clearly in the master bedroom, so we highly recommend using the white noise machine during sleep, in case that unit’s guests return late. Our personal affects are throughout the house, please leave them be. In the master bedroom, we have given you the 3 drawer dresser for usage as the 8 drawer dresser houses our personal items. The two white towers in the adjoining room, which we call our yoga room, is also full of our personal items. As well as the black bookshelves in the office. Feel free to read any of the books around the house, but refrain from taking them with you.
