The space Welcome to our apartment, located on the upper floor of our house in a quiet setting, with a private entrance. Simply and tastefully decorated, the apartment is clean, practical, functional and comfortable. It features a living area with a Dunlopillo sofa bed, a desk, a TV, a dining table with stools, and a kitchenette equipped to prepare breakfast or heat up meals. You will also find a multifunction oven and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A second room includes one double bed and one single bed. The apartment also has a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. Please note: access to the apartment is via an outdoor spiral staircase, visible in the listing photos. Therefore, the apartment is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. In winter, the apartment benefits from underfloor central heating. In summer, a humidifying fan, a standard fan, and a small portable air conditioner are provided to help keep the apartment cool. Guest access Easy accessibility from the Mt Blanc tunnel from Chamonix (Italy) or from the Geneva airport , or from Bonneville train station (bus, taxi). 5 minutes away from the freeway exit. After your reservation has been confirmed, you'll receive your welcome leaflet with indications on how to get to the studio and how to get your keys. Private parking space outside.
