The location of the apartment is in a quiet area, in the ground floor of a 150 year old family residence which is under UNESCO protection as a local cultural heritage, just 5 minutes walking distance to the Old Town (Pile Gate). The residence is a vibrant combination of an old rural villa surrounded by a spacious gardens. The apartment offers private shaded terrace with partial sea view, a view to the Old Town and island of Lokrum. The space The apartment features a bedroom (bed size 160 x 200 cm) , a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bathroom (with washing machine), a private natural shaded, and furnished terrace, and a free Wi-Fi. Shops, bars, restaurants, Airport shuttle bus, a local bus stop, a post office... are all within the walking distance. The only place nearby where you can officially leave your car is a public garage, 4 minutes walking distance from the apartment (reservation is not possible) and costs € 5 per hour. Other alternative is a chargeable private parking lot "Dubrovnik Daily Parking", cca 17 minutes (cca 1,3 km) walking distance from the apartment (reservation via web page: dubrovnikdailyparking.com). In any way, please inform us if you are arriving by car. Other things to note The apartment is located at the address Vicina 12, however check-in is at te address Vicina 10 (adjacent door).
