Our place is one half of a cute duplex and is clean, quiet & furnished modern. We have no stairs so it is ideal for those with limited mobility. Best suited for up to 4 adults. Close to some of Spokane's best restaurants; Luna, Twigs, Poole's Public House, along with numerous pizza places, and that's just to name a few. Trader Joe's is 2 miles away. We are 15 minutes to downtown shopping and Spokane's two major hospitals are even closer. We know you will relax and enjoy your stay at our place. The space If our place is unavailable you might check out our sister property next door. They are virtually identical! The living area has a very comfortable sofa. (linens provided for extra guest, upon request) a 65" pivot mounted LED TV. We also have a few games you can enjoy. It also has a workspace for your laptop with High Speed Wireless Internet. For the warmer months, there is a easy to use AC unit located in the living room that cools the home nicely. The master bedroom has a pillow top king bed (hypoallergenic mattress and pillow covers) with leather headboard, a 32" LED TV and an on suite bath with 36" shower. There is also lots of closet space. The 2nd bedroom has a queen pillow top bed (hypoallergenic mattress and pillow covers) with fresh new linens. The guest bath has a tub-shower combo and plush new towels. The kitchen has full size appliances, stove, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig with an assortment of K-Cups, pots and pans, wine bottle opener, waffle maker, toaster, KitchenAid Stand mixer and the list goes on... If you are planning on cooking and eating in this is the place for you. Off the dining room, which seats 4 comfortably there is a covered patio with a table & chairs. There is a full laundry with front load washer & dryer, ironing board & iron. we supply a few pods & dryer sheets for your convenience. Other things to note My wife has severe allergies to dogs & cats. We request that if you have a service animal to look first at listings that are pet friendly. The AC Unit is located in the living room and is not controlled by the wall thermostat. The garage space is not currently included.
