Relax and enjoy our little slice of Costa Rican paradise! We are located just 10 mins (1 mile) from Playa Bandera on the central Pacific coast. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood halfway between Jaco and Quepos, you’ll be just 30 minutes away from many popular tourist destinations. This is an outdoor enthusiasts playground full of hiking, fishing, surfing, wildlife viewing, jungle and waterfall exploring, and much more just 10-20 mins from the house! Pura Vida Y'all! The space This new vacation home is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath that sleeps 10. All rooms within the main house and bunkhouse are fully air conditioned. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and flatware, Costa Rican coffee, basic spices and condiments. The two bedrooms in the main house are have full (queen) beds and the two bedrooms in the separate bunkhouse each have a Twin over full bunk beds. The living room/dining room can double as a work space with high speed WiFi and a smart TV with YouTube, Hulu, Amazon Prime and Netflix. We have a laundry room with washer and dryer available for guests. This vacation rental boasts a gorgeous pool with waterfall which is on a timer. We find ourselves spending all of our time outdoors. The Rancho is a covered outdoor living space that is decked out with a tiki bar, propane grill, fridge, sink, full bathroom, as well as a large picnic table to share a home cooked meal. A smart TV sits over the bar so you can watch the game or a movie from the pool. The game area of the Rancho includes a pool table, foosball table, and ping pong table. An elliptical and yoga mats are available for guests use during their stay. Feel free to take our yoga mats and beach towels at the beach. There is plenty of parking and the property has 24/7 security. Guest access The property is secure with an automatic gate at the entryway and parking is available for up to three vehicles. The home has a 7’ perimeter wall surrounding the entire property. You will feel safe and secure in our mini resort and have so much privacy. Other things to note We will be offering extra amenities for purchase to give this home an all inclusive feel. Ask about our personal chef who can prepare meals throughout your stay, a bartender for special events, manicures at the house, and much more! A large karaoke machine/speaker may be reserved upon request. If you can think of it, we will do our best to accommodate you.
