Apartment located in the heart of Quilmes, one block away from a large supermarket. In the area there is a great gastronomic offer and nearby places such as a bakery, butcher shop, greengrocer, cafes... Note this… Check-in is flexible until 7 pm; which must be arranged in advance depending on the day and availability. Check-in after 7 pm will incur an extra fee. Please check before booking. The space The apartment is newly remodeled, has a closet, sofa bed (0.90x1.90 single bed), kitchenette, bathroom with shower and balcony. All windows have DVH so you can enjoy a quiet stay without outside noise. The apartment has air conditioning and a stove. It is ideal for remote work as it has an ergonomic chair and a comfortable table for working / dining. The location is very direct, just 15 minutes from Puerto Madero by highway. IMPORTANT: It does NOT have a TV, but it does have Wi-Fi. Guest access The accommodation is totally private and will be used only by the guest. Other things to note The apartment does not have a bidet.
