Gateway Guesthouse is the perfect gateway to easily travelling throughout Newcastle, The Hunter Valley and The Central Coast. Located on Cardiff Road in Elermore Vale it is only 4km’s from The John Hunter Hospital, 1.5kms from the Hunter Express Way and only 15 minutes from Newcastle’s stunning beaches! You will have the entire loft guesthouse to yourself that is located at the rear of our property and offers a contactless self check in with your private entrance. The space Downstairs you will find a well appointed kitchen with an electric oven and stove, fridge/ freezer and full sized pantry. You will also find a laundry with a washing machine and clothes horse, as well as a seperate bathroom. Upstairs is the spacious studio lounge and bedroom with a King sized bed. The split cycle air conditioning will help keep you comfortable no matter when you stay! The Smart TV connects to the provided wifi which allows access to your favourite streaming services. Right out the front is a bus stop, to which you will find all relevant routes in your welcome book inside the property. There is a grocery store, newsagent, cafe and newly renovated pub only a 5 minute walk away. There is also a soccer field and kids playground close by. John Hunter Hospital is a 5 minute drive away, but the bus stop out the front will have you there in a matter of minutes without the hassle of parking. The expressway to The Hunter Valley, Central Coast, Maitland and M1 to Sydney is also only a 5 minute drive, making this guesthouse, your gateway to all of Newcastle and the Hunters attractions and facilities Guest access We live in the main house on the property so are easily contactable. We are a young couple, and we have a friendly Spoodle, though your access to the guesthouse is blocked off from him so you need not worry about him getting out! Parking is available on the street, and there is a council lot next door that has ample free space you can also park in. Check in is 2pm and check out is 10am, though as we live on the property and your check in is contactless this is absolutely flexible so please let us know if you need to move this around!
