Madrona Retreat

Madrona retreat is on 25 acres 6 miles west of Port Angeles. Cozy and quiet, nestled among evergreens, it is the perfect base camp for relaxing and unwinding between adventures. The barn loft is a stone's throw from Olympic National Park, the Elwha River and the Olympic Discovery Trail. This hidden gem is close enough to Port Angeles for convenience with all the benefits of being secluded in the beautiful Pacific NW countryside. The space The loft has a queen size high quality mattress and bedding. There is a bathroom with shower/bath. Shampoo and soap, and towels are provided. There is a microwave and small refrigerator, and coffee pot. Coffee and assorted teas are provided. There are basic utensils and dishes. There is a TV/DVD player and an assortment of movies and board games. There is not cable TV. Guest access There are Adirondack chairs and grassy area by the barn. Feel free to walk along the drive or explore the forest. Other things to note For winter visits, AWD or 4-wheel drive vehicles are recommended. We sometimes have a heavy snowfall and the driveway is long.
