Smart Home - private, quiet, safe & comfortable

Please note: The house won't be furnished when you move in. I'm looking to use the house for monthly rentals for temporary housing purposes. The rates will be per month, not per day. The house has all the large kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, plus the house has smart devices throughout. The utilities need to be turned on by the renter. The space A 2 story, 3 bedroom house with a loft and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Guest access You will have access to the entire house. Other things to note Most pets allowed.
