Behind the Champs – AVIREY-LINGEY The space This single-story gîte has a spacious living room consisting of an equipped kitchen open to a dining area and a living room with a sleeping area (90 x 190 cm bunk beds). Access to a private, secluded 45-m² terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, and awning will be ideal for your moments of relaxation or convivial meals. You will have a double bedroom (140 x 190 cm bed), a twin bedroom (2 90 x 190 cm beds), a bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a separate toilet. Outside: a common courtyard closed by electric gate will allow you to safely park your vehicles (and even trucks and trailers), a grassed area that is both common and private will be offered. Petanque court. The beds will be made on arrival, cleaning, heating, electricity, linens (tea towels, tablecloths) will be included in the price of the stay. Small pets allowed upon request. On the Champagne Tourist Route, 7 km from Les Riceys, 30 minutes from the Lakes, 45 km from Troyes and factory shops, come and stay in a real haven of peace located on the heights of a small wine village with breathtaking views of the Champagne fields and vineyards. The owners live opposite the vacation rental and will be very discreet during their guests’ stay. For fishing enthusiasts, there is a body of water in the village.
