This single-storey cottage has a spacious living room composed of an equipped kitchen open to a dining area and a living room with sleeping area (90 x 190 bunk beds). Access to a private terrace of 45 m² sheltered from view with garden furniture, barbecue, awning will be ideal for your moments of relaxation or convivial meals. You will have a double bedroom (140 x 190 bed), a twin bedroom (2 90 x 190 beds), a bathroom with shower and bath and a separate toilet. Outside: a common courtyard closed by an electric gate will allow you to park your vehicles safely (and even trucks and trailers), a grassy area that is both common and private will be offered.
