The laundry area only is shared with tenants upstairs but there are locks on your door for your privacy. The bathroom is "NOT" shared; it's private for guests only. Guest access Keypad access. Other things to note Please do NOT go to the street address of the property. Entrance and parking are in the rear. Please DO NOT disturb the tenants on the ground level of the house; they do not know the access code to let you in. Basement unit, access is in the rear of the property in the back alley off 13th Street NE, between H and I Streets NE; parking is also located in the rear - please look at the posted photo. There is a stairwell that leads to the basement studio apartment and the house is marked 1311. It is really helpful to know your arrival/departure times so that I can accommodate early or late arrivals/departures. My phone is off from 10pm to 8am.
