A very large, beautifully decorated four-double bedroom, four bathroom luxury home in the desirable Highfields area of Southampton, near the common, university and in walking distance to bustling Portswood and a large Sainsbury's store. Off street parking, high specification kitchen, hotel quality linens, multimedia setup with strong wifi, large open patio and garden and excellent transport links ensure a comfortable stay for business and leisure travellers alike. The space The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated in pleasant, neutral colours. All amenities are present as the owner lives nearby. The downstairs area is large and open plan, with bifold doors opening up to a large patio and garden area. We generally need a 24 hours notice to prepare the property but can sometimes move faster. Let us know if you need faster access and we will do all we can. Guest access There is space for two cars on the driveway. The nearest bus stop is 4 minutes' walk, a large Sainsbury's is 5 minutes' walk away, with further supermarkets on nearby Portswood Road, as well as pleasant independent restaurants and cafés. West Quay Shopping Centre is 9 minutes by car and 25 minutes by bus. M27 motorway with links to east and west coast and London is easily accessible Other things to note There is a permanent resident in the annexe attached to the house, whose access is down the side of the building. There is one small, room for storage of the owners belongings, which is inaccessible to guests: aside from these two areas, guests are free to use all of the space and amenities.
