All this less than forty minutes from downtown São Paulo. Sport fishing is allowed; bring your gear. Extended check-out until 3 p.m. as a courtesy. The space It has a small kitchen with a single-burner induction stove, air fryer, microwave and refrigerator with freezer, blender. Bed and bath linens, hair dryer. Basic dishes, complimentary: coffee, salt and sugar. In the spring with the dam low, beach access with chairs and umbrella. Street parking in front of the loft with 24-hour security and monitored by cameras!! The condominium is a peninsula with a single land access, great for walking, running, or cycling. Guest access In the condominium: district - a club open from Wednesday to Sunday for lunch or dinner. - sailing club for kayak board rental etc. You can take a sailboat ride or have a water ski lesson or motorboat rental and horseback ride. If you like to pedal, run or walk the condominium is perfect, dirt streets and very green ( bring your Bike).
