The entrance to the property is on the right-hand side to the main house. There is a code for the entrance to the building, wait for the green light and it will open. The front door key will be inside the lockbox. There are a set of keys inside the property located on the office desk, we ask that you please use these keys during your stay and leave the lockbox key in the lockbox in case of an emergency. Departure We ask you to please vacate the property by 10am on the day of your departure, the property caretakers will arrive shortly after to start the property changeover so please be respectful of this. We ask you kindly to take care of the property and leave it as you found it. • Gather All used towels and place them in the washing basket. • Gather All used bedding and place in the blue laundry bag provided. • Please dispose of all rubbish in the bin store located to the right of the main house – look out for the horseshoe. • Please turn things off. • Please ensure doors and windows are closed. • Please return keys to the lockbox and leave the other keys on the office desk. Parking During your stay at the Annex@ The Stables, on-street parking is available on De Montfort Road or John Street, both within a minute's walk. These streets offer parking options for visitors. To get the most accurate information about parking rules, charges, and potential limitations on De Montfort Road and John Street, it's recommended to check with the Hinckley local council or consult signs posted on the streets themselves. Other things to note Annex @ The Stables We hope here you find everything you need to know to get the most out of your stay here at Annex @ The Stables, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us if you have any questions. House Rules • Please lock all doors whenever you leave the property and at night. Please use the lockbox to store the key when not in the property. • Annex @ The Stables is a strictly non- smoking property. • Please do not light any candles in the property. • Please don’t hang anything to dry over radiators or furniture. Theres an airing rack next to the tumble dryer in the “Utility cupboard”. • Do not run any appliances overnight nor when unattended, especially the tumble dryer – to minimise fire risk. • Please be considerate of neighbours and minimise noise particularly between the hours of 10pm-8am. • Please be aware that fake tan products can stain the towels and sheets which will then need to be replaced at your cost. • 1 pet is allowed subject to the owner’s discretion and an additional charge. Dogs are strictly not allowed on any furniture. Dogs are not to be left unattended in the property.
