Sleeping up to 12 guests (if you book the entire home which has 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens Direct access across the road to North Broulee beach, island and Candlagan Creek suitable for young children and infants The space The top level of the home is light, breezy & spacious with floor to ceiling windows at front with expansive ocean views. This level contains the main living and dining rooms, one bathroom & 3 bedrooms, the master, guest and bunk room. There are 2 patio areas, one off the 2 front bedrooms and the other off the living room. Dining suite seat The bottom level of the home has separate access and contains a kitchen and living room, bathroom and 2 bedrooms The laundry and third shower and toilet is at the back of the property There is a large front flat grassed area in front of the home, as well as another grassed area at the back with an outdoor shower. The property is perfect for 2 families holidaying together providing different living spaces for adults and children to relax. With separate access to the top and bottom levels there is the ability to book the levels separately. This can be discussed at individual enquiry. Guest access Ample off street parking in front of the garage and at the side of the house. The home is directly opposite the beach, a few minutes walk to the river mouth and easy flat walk to many great coffee shops and the new wine and tapas bar.
