"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. We have taken great care over the design of the main bedroom. It also has amazing views is very well equipped and the round bath couldn’t make it more romantic. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. Ideal for couples and families. Easy access to beaches, right next door, and the Salou centre in 15 minutes on foot. Wi-Fi and Private Parking. The space When you enter ‘Punta Xata’, the sea views will amaze you. The blue background, the sunlight everywhere... That's what made us fall in love with it and, for sure, it’ll do the same for you. It's a fantastic beach apartment, which we've been getting ready and now we'd like to share it with you when we're not using it. It’s an adventure that's only just beginning. The terrace has a large table, it has sunbeds, a sofa, coffee tables, an awning... perfect for chilling out with unbeatable views. The apartment is located between two beaches, Llenguadets, smaller and more intimate and Llarga, usually less crowded. The apartment is about 100 m2, plus the terraces, and has two bedrooms. The master bedroom will make you feel special, ensuite with a round bath (no hydromassage), and with spectacular views of the sea. The other bedroom has less sunlight but has easy access to the terrace. It is large and perfect for a couple (it has a double bed) or for families with children as there is also a fold up single bed available if required. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge. Wherever you decide to eat, you will be able do it with incredible views. The kitchen opens straight out into the lounge diner and has everything you need (beautiful crockery, glasses, a microwave, oven, toaster, café area, even a small dishwasher!) The lounge diner has air conditioning, although if you open the windows you may not need to use it as the sea breeze will quickly cool the atmosphere. Both bedrooms have a ceiling fan and, in addition to refreshing the atmosphere in the summer (if necessary), they also give a special aesthetic touch. Wi-Fi connection. Lie back on the couch and enjoy a movie on your netflix account or binge on your favourite series on your HBO account. The space is also ideal for teleworking as the place is motivating and inspires creativity. You'll also enjoy it if you want to come in the winter. The space is very, very welcoming and you won't be cold. The sun sits lower in the sky and the windows act like a greenhouse and there is also central heating. The apartment is located in Cape Salou, in a quiet area, ideal for relaxing, for coming with your partner or the family and enjoying the beach or swimming pool. From the apartment you'll see people walking or doing exercise along the ‘Camí de Ronda’, or beach path, but you’ll never see any cars. You're also close enough to the ‘Passeig Marítim’ / promenade at Salou if you're looking for more something more lively, to eat out in a restaurant, or just to buy an ice cream. The route there is beautiful, and there are stretches with stairs and wooden walkways. If you decide to walk in the opposite direction, you can follow the different beaches offered by the Costa Dorada along the same beach path. Guest access From the street you can enter the Community area on foot or by car. You'll find the pool, it's big and has sunbeds. In the summer a small bar is also open. The parking lot is right there. To access the apartment, you will have to go down one and a half floors. Sorry, it's not adapted for wheelchairs. Other things to note A highchair and travel cot are available on request. Maybe you need to make use of the sofabed? Just let us know about any additional requirements.
