The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 3 spacious and well-furnished rooms with attached balconies 1 on the ground floor and 2 on the lower level of this property. - All rooms offer a plethora of amenities such as a king-sized bed, an extra foldable mattress, AC, Wi-Fi, wardrobe, and a locker. - Wake up to amazing vistas of the verdant surroundings and garden that each room here has to offer. - All rooms have an en-suite bathroom equipped with geysers, towels, a separate dressing area and basic toiletries. - Please note that for less than 4 guests, only two rooms can be made available. In case the property is occupied by more than 4 guests, the third room can be made available for the same. BATHROOMS - There are 2 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. - Both attached bathrooms are also equipped with a separate dressing area. COMMON AREAS - There is an expansive living room on the ground floor of this property adorned with modern-chic furnishings. - With its sofa-style seating, this room can accommodate up to 8 people easily. - This room is equipped with plush amenities such as an AC, TV and Wi-Fi access. - The dining area is a part of the living room on the ground floor. - Being equipped with an AC and TV, this room can comfortably seat up to 6 people. - The exteriors of this quaint villa boast a sprawling lush green lawn covering an area of about 3000 sq.ft. - It has ample seating arrangements in the form of chairs and can accommodate up to 8 people. - The villa also features a private outdoor pool overlooking the seamless verdant surroundings. - It is 14x6 ft. in size and 3.5 ft. in depth. - Guests can also take a rejuvenating soak in the enjoyable jacuzzi situated on the lower level. KITCHEN Guests do not have access to the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with crockery and cutlery. FOOD - Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - The meals will be prepared in the restaurant and will be delivered to the villa. - Guests are requested to place their order 48 hours prior to the check-in date. Last-minute orders are not allowed. - Meal prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Guests can choose to pay for the food via UPI. Cash transactions are not encouraged. - Outside food is not allowed. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities and swimming pools. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. HANDPICKED EXPERIENCES Within this elegant and opulent property, guests can enjoy a multitude of carefully designed experiences that make their stay quite the memorable one. The outdoor private pool is a great way for guests to unwind. Guests can also take a rejuvenating soak in the jacuzzi. How about a brief round of indoor games with your tribe while spending some quality time together? Take a quiet stroll on the lush green lawns while you admire the splendour of this location. As the chilly night sets in, guests can request a bonfire to be lit up. ADD-ON SERVICES - A bonfire setup can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs.1000 for 1 hour. - Guests can access the jacuzzi for no extra charge. - A complimentary tractor ride of approximately 1 hour can be arranged, which will take the guests to the lake point, Nakshatra Garden and nearby nature trails. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - Please note that for less than 4 guests, only two rooms can be made available. In case the property is occupied by more than 4 guests, the third room can be made available for the same. - All-male and female groups are allowed. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - The property is located in a secluded rural area of Maharashtra powered by MSEB. In case of power outages, the generator can run up to 6 hours in total. Therefore, it'll be turned off after 2 hours for a duration of 2 hours so as to be used throughout the day. There is also an inverter present that will be used for the power supply once the generator is turned off. The generator can support all appliances except for the jacuzzi. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Vi, Jio and Airtel work fairly well here. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. - Guests are advised to keep all the windows shut during the evenings as a preventive measure for bugs and insects at the property due to its location. - The stay is a part of a gated complex. - The caretaker stays in the outhouse which is on the premises of the property and will be available from 09:00 AM to 11:00 PM. - Please note that hookah/sheesha is not permitted on the premises due to local regulations.
