The 8,700 s.f. building has a large common area with sofa's, cable tv, and a large kitchen with two stoves, two microwaves, and three refrigerators. This unit does NOT have a private kitchen.. The space This property is a very unique 8700 s.f. building constructed in 2002 across the street from MU's campus. We can host a large group or just you. The building used to be a very small dorm for Mizzou. We have completely renovated 10 suites, under one roof for you to enjoy. Each suite has it's own key pad entry. You have a private bedroom and living room that have a private Jack and Jill private bathroom that connect the two rooms. The bedroom has a queen sized bed. There is a great common area with a new 55" flat screen smart tv, super fast wifi and lots of space to chill out. We have a large shared kitchen that is equipped with all new stainless steel appliances, several seating areas and a cold treat in the fridge waiting for you to enjoy. There are 29 parking spots for our guests and you are welcome to use the common laundry room equipped with brand new front loading washer and dryer. The property is very secure with cameras on the common areas, parking lot, and hallways. The best part is you are literally right across from Mizzou's campus when you walk out the door and a five minute walk from Starbucks, bars, and restaurants. You enter the lobby in order to walk to your own individual unit. Guest access You are booking your own private suite. Each suite has it's own keypad lock with your personal code for entry into your suite. It contains a private bathroom, living room, and bedroom. You enter through the lobby to get to your suite. The shared common area down the hall has a 55" smart TV with cable, wifi and a gorgeous lounge. The HUGE kitchen is available for your use. You will find a nice cold beverage to enjoy upon arrival. :) Other things to note There are 29 parking spaces to choose from. The 8,700 s.f. building was built in 2002 and used to be a small 26 bedroom dorm for Mizzou called True Scholars. You do enter the lobby and walk to your own private unit. This unit does not have a private kitchen, but does have a private living room, bathroom, and bedroom.
