The space The contemporary Noli Sörnäinen is located in the area of Sörnäinen, the center point of Helsinki's hip urban culture and nightlife. Built in 1962, the former office building of Kansa is an iconic area landmark with views of the sea as well as of downtown Helsinki. This fully furnished mini studio comes with a single bed, table and chairs, cabinets, lighting, basic home appliances, textiles and accessories. The combination of kitchen, bedroom and bathroom creates a functional, contemporary space. The move-in ready studio offers all the things you need to feel at home. Service points are located on 3rd, 5th, 7th & 11th floor providing all of our guests home appliances e.g. hair dryers, vacuum cleaners and steamers. Noli Sörnäinen has very friendly hosts present at the site to help you out everyday during our informed office hours. The hosts also plan activities few times in a week for our lively community, which you are more than welcome to take part in! Guest access We give you the comforts of home with the amenities of a hotel. Plus, you’ll be part of a community with areas for socializing, co-working and relaxing. Almost all of the services are included in the accommodation price. The shared spaces include a gym, common kitchen, movie and game rooms, co-working spaces and sauna & spa. The main entrance is located on Hämeentie 33. If you are arriving during our office hours, please call us from the door phone in order for us to open the entrance door for you. For later arrivals outside of our office hours - please contact us in advance. Other things to note If you are arriving with a car, we offer parking spaces on our private inner yard for 25 EUR per night (based on availability). Ask our staff for electric car charging station possibility. When you arrive, you may do the check-in and create your keys at the self-service point. You will need a valid photo-ID and your 6-digit reservation number that our staff provides you in advance in order to complete the check-in.
