Seven Mile Beach Townhouse

Our Townhouse is a contemporary coastal home set in the heart of Lennox Head village. Perfectly located just 100m from Seven Mile Beach and a short 5 minute stroll to the Centre of town where a variety of restaurants and shops are situated. It is a 20 minute drive to Byron Bay and 15 minutes from Ballina airport. The space The ground floor includes an open plan kitchen, living and dining area with concrete floors, and warmed timber interiors. It opens onto a private deck with an outdoor shower, courtyard and garden space. We love to cook so you will find a kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you'll need. The first floor includes two bedrooms, one of which has its own private ensuite. The bedrooms are separated by a lounge area and newly renovated main bathroom. We are the first of two townhouses, with lovely neighbours that you will sometimes hear so we ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum. We have a strict no party, visitors or pet policy. Guest access We have a shared driveway with one allocated car park for each townhouse. Additional Parking located in the Laneway.
