Escape from everyone! spacious off grid 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath, access to atv trails. South Branch Lake is 5 miles from the camp for swimming, boating and fishing. If you enjoy hiking or mountain biking, you will find miles of old logging roads. If you are looking to see tourists, then this is not the place for you. The nearest gas station/convenience store is 20 minutes away in Howland. Located in Seboeis Maine with a population of about 30 people, you will not be bothered here. The space The is an adventure. The camp is powered by a full solar system with a propane generator for back up power. The kitchen has a modern propane cook stove with convection oven and propane frig. You will need to travel about 3 miles on a gravel road to get to the cabin. You will need a vehicle that has some clearance to avoid some areas of the road with rocks. A Subaru or similar vehicle will have no problem. The road to the camp is gated. You will be provided a key to the gate and will be required to keep the gate locked.
