The space Top city location near Hackerbrücke, but extremely quiet (I always sleep with open windows).Very comfortable, sunny 2-room apartment with a view to the green courtyard. Here you can comfortably enjoy your breakfast or just a drink on the small balcony. It's a sunny, very well-kept approx. 65 square meter 2-room apartment with a small hallway, living room and bedroom, daylight - kitchen and combined shower/bathtub. In detail: Living room: Giant couch, flat screen TV, broadband internet, large dining table, adjoining balcony Bedroom: Large, comfortable box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) with 2 different mattress hardnesses, motor frame, XXL - blankets, huge wardrobe with "clothes lift", ironing board, iron, flat screen TV Kitchen Fully equipped: cutlery, cups, plates, pots, Tassimo coffee machine, glasses, kettle, toaster, stove, fridge, freezer and: small dining area, daylight! Bath: Oversized mirror, built-in closet, combined bathtub with feel-good shower Conclusion: a fully furnished apartment with everything you need every day and no fake furnishings from professional landlords. That's why I would be very grateful if you would treat my home like your own (= with care ;-) )! Suitable for allergy sufferers as there are no pets (= please do not bring any pets either!) Absolute Non smoking apartment (= please ONLY smoke on the balcony!) .... and please always be considerate of the neighbors! ;-). Other things to note VERY IMPORTANT! (= Indispensable booking condition!) Consideration for the neighbors is most important! Definitely NO loud music, TV only on room volume level, NO noisy discussions on the balcony. Parties and a all other noisy activities are strictly prohibited. No other guests in the flat! My appartement is NO party location! There is always someone in the house who takes care. If any noisy activities take place I will immediately inform Airbnb, write a negative feedback and will cancel the rental without previous notice and without any repayment claim. If you're looking for a party location or a after party location please do not inquire! If you want to enjoy a friendly, very quite home as a base for your sightseeing or business purpose you're always VERY WELCOME!
