From the private balcony, you can enjoy one of Puerto Rico’s most breathtaking sunsets, with the soothing sound of the waves right in front of you. The condominium is ideally located just minutes from restaurants, beautiful beaches, entertainment, and essential shops, offering the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and coastal beauty. Guest access Cielo y Mar located on the sixth floor of the oceanfront Victoria del Mar Condominium in Rincón. The complex features a secure gated entrance, which provides access to your designated private parking space. The building’s main entrance has a glass door leading into the lobby, where you’ll find two elevators and two stairways for convenient access to the apartment. Please note that the apartment does not have direct beach access, but the beach is only about a 4-minute walk or drive away. There you’ll find a lovely beach spot to relax and enjoy the ocean. For your convenience, we provide beach chairs and an umbrella.
