A cosy home away from home with a relaxing vibe, comfortable double beds, log burner, books, board games and a cinema screen. Just a few minutes walk from the canal, river and some lovely woodland trails, as well as all local amenities. Only 10 minutes from Leeds-Bradford Airport with great transport links to the whole region. It’s also a great base to explore the Yorkshire Dales and surrounding areas. The space The main living room has warm low lighting lamps, an extra large couch, swivel armchair, beanbags and a cinema screen, creating a calm lounge space, a focused workspace or an intimate movie theatre experience. The bedrooms have comfortable big beds, with warm low lighting lamps and plenty of storage. Bedroom 2 is an extendable single or kingsize ben. Bed linen and towels are all provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with fan oven, grill, gas hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, tea and coffee maker and plentiful spices for cooking. There is also an iron and ironing board and a drying rack for clothes. The walk-in rainforest type shower is strong and hot, with basics like shower gel, toilet paper, washing and cleaning products plentifully provided. There is also a hairdryer. For working remotely, there is a foldaway wooden desk in the lounge, or the breakfast bar also doubles as a nice work space in the kitchen.
