Welcome to Suite 2788! Relax and unwind, this is your home away from home. This is a beautiful, bright and cozy ground-level private suite in an upscale, quiet neighbourhood. From your front door you are steps away from Penticton's best hiking and mountain biking trails and in less than 15 minutes you can drive to anywhere in Penticton. This is a private, self contained, legal suite in a newly built home where you will see views of the forest and trails from every room. The space Suite 2788 is a two bed, one bath self contained, private suite in the downstairs of our executive level home perched on the east hills of Penticton. The suite is on the ground floor, below our spare bedrooms so you may hear light footsteps but we are always mindful of our guests. This is a legal, inspected and approved vacation rental and is 100% private from our living area. The suite view is to the rear of the house and is very private and serene, you can see the forest from every room. Guests have their own covered patio with a brand new BBQ and a table and chairs. There is one king and one queen bed both with high end mattresses. Both rooms have custom built in drawers and counters in the closets to store your clothes and other items during your stay. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and bbq as well as top of the line laundry. 55" TV with Amazon fire stick and wifi. Guest access We are situated in Panorama View Estates which is the top of the Wiltse area on the south east hills of Penticton. We are a 5 minute drive to Skaha Beach and 10 minutes to Okanagan Beach and anywhere else in Penticton. We have direct access to hiking and biking trails right from the property and a 10 minute walk to Skaha Bluffs Provincial Park. There are two off street and multiple on street parking spots available. You can bike down the hill to the core of Penticton but the ride back up the hill can get pretty steep! There is some construction in the neighbourhood which you may hear during the day, depending on when you visit. Other things to note This is a self contained suite in our dream home. We offer this suite to our guests with the utmost pride possible. Darren is a cook in Penticton and Loreen works from her home office. We are very active home owners and are generally around the property should you have any questions or concerns. We are a young friendly couple who loves to chat with our guests but also want to offer you the most privacy possible. Please feel free to spark up a conversation if you see us or just smile and go about your day, whatever you prefer as long as your are enjoying yourself, we are happy. While our guest suite is 100% pet free, we do have two very friendly dogs of our own. They are lazy and quiet and do not bark. They will not be around the guest area but you may see them in the yard from time to time. Feel free to fill say hi to Bizness and Bossy should you see them roaming around. There is no smoking in the suite but we do have an ashtray on the patio for guests to use. This is a cannabis friendly property but we ask courtesy for our neighbours.
