The house is comfortable and modern, with free high speed fibre optic Wifi (300 Mbps), and is only a 2 min walk from the Thyssen Museum, an area of special historical and cultural interest, 8 min walk from the Picasso Museum and 5 min from the Cathedral. The entrance door on the street gives access to the hall of the building and the lift. We are on the 2nd floor. On entering the house there is an entrance hall with access to the bathroom, the double bedroom, and then to the open plan area of the kitchen, the dining room and the living room. The living/dining room has a 3/4 seater sofa (which is also a double sofa bed 142 x 185), nice paintings, HD TV with smart TV device, a dining table with four chairs, also good place to work with the computer, air conditioning and heating. The house has quality fibre-optic Wifi (300 Mbps) and you can connect your laptop, tablet or mobile to the smart TV wirelessly and enjoy your own pay TV. Since April 2018, EU citizens can access their content on pay TV platforms such as Netflix, Amazon, BBC or Spotify at no extra cost when travelling to another EU country. Just bring the apps on your device and connect to the TV. It also has a 24'' HP monitor with HD camera to work on a computer with HDMI, USB and VGA inputs, and an ergonomic chair to work on a computer. The open kitchen is spacious and bright and is equipped with all accessories: fridge, microwave, washing machine, ceramic hob, electric oven, electric kettle, toaster, electric orange juicer, Brita water filter jug, plates, cutlery, glasses, cups, pots, pans, baking dishes, hand blender, foil, plastic, kitchen paper, iron and ironing board, etc. There is a teapot, an Italian coffee machine, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine and a selection of capsules. The bathroom is spacious and modern. It has a walk-in shower, toilet, large drawer unit, hairdryer, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, shower gel and conditioner. One set of hand and bath towels per person per week is provided. More free fresh towels are available for longer stays.
