Unique accommodation on one of the most beautiful islands of the High Coast

In a beautiful agricultural environment overlooking fields and sea in all directions, the house on Dekarsön offers a peaceful and inspiring stay. Our farm is located on an island 9 km east of Örnsköldsvik, which forms the northern part of the High Coast. Directly adjacent to the house there is a nice garden, a large greenhouse and many patios, all overlooking the sea or meadows. 100 meters from the house, there is a nice secluded beach with cliffs and a jetty in the best evening sun position. The space The house is 100 m2, spread over two floors Entrance floor has a 25 m2 large and fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 10 people, hall, bathroom and a bedroom with 90 cm bed The upper floor has a hall, large bedroom with double bed (2 * 90 cm that can be divided) and a combined living room and bedroom, with 3 beds in generous sofa beds. Guest access The house has a beautiful and lush garden with nice fruit trees, a large continuous lawn and direct access to several patios, all overlooking the sea or meadows. Directly adjacent to the house, there is also a large greenhouse with tables, chairs and sofa, which can be accessed by agreement with the host. A sea kayak (two-person) is available during the stay Other things to note About 300 meters from the house, there is a small campground with basic service - simple lunch, coffee and ice cream, a small playground and a nice family pool (16x10 meters) The nearest restaurant is about 4 km from the house and the nearest grocery store about 6 km. Both in the direction of Örnsköldsvik. The property has access to a secluded beach with cliffs, a jetty, a barbecue area and a paddle board. All summer, in clear weather, you have an amazing evening sun. In winter, you can ski or skate on the ice. A couple of times per winter it is also possible to see the Northern Lights from the property.
