In the heart of old Khimki, within a walking distance from the promenade, we invite you to spend time in a spacious 1-bedroom apartment with stunning views from the bay windows to the canal named after Moscow. The view of the big water will calm you down after a working day or at the time of rest, a beautiful railway bridge over the canal with scurrying peregrine falcons and trains will delight you with its measured movement. The space The living room has a comfortable king size bed for a pleasant rest and a good night's sleep, there is a comfortable armchair with a coffee table and a working area, TV and wifi. The kitchen has the necessary set of appliances and utensils for cooking and an extra double bed (folding sofa). There is a large wardrobe and dresser in the hallway to store your belongings. Guests are provided with the softest bed linen (cotton-satin) and a set of towels (bath and hand) according to the number of residents. The bathroom has a shower set, toothbrushes. Parties and noisy gatherings are not allowed. Bed linen, towels and other textiles in the apartment are not consumables. If there are any stubborn stains or damage, we will have to charge you for dry cleaning and sewing.
