Our goal is not to charge extra for electricity consumption but to motivate our guests to take care of electricity consumption. Simply turn off the A/C when you are out of the room to avoid paying for an extra kWh. Guest access Guests can use all our common areas at no additional cost. Each apartment has a private kitchen.
