Close to the shopping center, next to Riviera de São Lourenço. *2 parking spaces * air-conditioning, smart TV in the living room (if you have a Netflix subscription, you can access it) * Beach service with 4 chairs, 1 umbrella, 1 small table (2 chairs in the apartment to take) * we do not provide bath and bed linens Guest access Guests have access to the apartment and the entire leisure area of the condominium! Sauna, swimming pool, game room. Other things to note Pillows, bed, bath and table linens are not included! On Mondays, maintenance is performed on the condominium pool and it is not possible to use it.
