'Le Farm', an old farmhouse completely renovated while retaining its rustic side, offers five single rooms in a beautiful green space, with swimming pool, terraces and petanque court. Spend a few relaxing days in this beautiful setting, reserved for adults without pets, and ideally located to visit the many treasures of the Drôme Provençale. The space "The Goat Room" is one of five rooms rented by Simon and Kecia at "The Farm", an old stone building that's been renovated, but is rustic and unpretentious. The entrance to this 16 m2 room is on the lower level of the farm. The room is semi-buried and has a small window and a glass door. This room is equipped with: - Bathroom (toilet, shower, sink, towel dryer). Towels, soap, shampoo, body lotion, and hairdryer are provided - A 160 x 200 cm bed (bedding provided) - A desk and chair - A dresser - A coat rack with hangers The room is air-conditioned. Access to all the spaces at "Le Farm", i.e. terraces, swimming pool, petanque court, dining room/bar (Shared with guests in other rooms) The environment and space offered at 'Le Farm' are not suitable for children under 12, or for our animal friends. We can therefore only take reservations for adults without pets. Guest access The farm is 15 minutes from the highway. Arriving from the South, Bollène exit (Exit 19) and arriving from the North, Montélimar Sud, Pierrelatte exit (Exit 18). Minutes from Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux, on the edge of the road that leads to Valaurie (D133). It is close to many tourist sites and hiking trails. Other things to note Being in a very rural environment, the connection to telephone networks is not always very good. Wi-Fi access throughout the property is available, allowing Wi-Fi calls, and contacts through apps such as Messenger, FaceTime, etc. The estate is on the side of the road: although this facilitates access, it implies that traffic may be heard. It is a road that connects two villages and is neither very busy nor very noisy.
