Great spot in City Center!

My place is comfortable, nice and clean! A small promenade on the sunny boulevard will take you to the beach ~600m There are plenty of restos, cafes & tasty street food places in the immediate vicinity. as well as 24/7 grocery stores if you like to cook using my humble kitchen. Around the corner you can find bars, shops & nightlife.. you will have easy access to transport to go anywhere you please or rent a green city-bike for cruse about... In sort - Just come over you will have great time! The space The spare comfy bed is in my spacious living room with a door that will keep your privacy. You will also find there sofas & speakers to enjoy your music, as well as a great cozy balcony with hammock, where you can relax and have your morning coffee or your afternoon siesta. If you are traveling as couple and need a place to stay that can also be arranged in a different room with a doublebed. Please contact me to find out more. Guest access You can use the watching machine and have full access to the kitchen and in the end let the dishwasher do the cleaning.. There are also my bedroom & small home office which are off limit. During your stay I'm easy going and will be happy to share a drink & a conversation... It's really up to you! Your holidays!! ;) Note - Sometimes I work from my home office but I'm always available for any question you may have about the city, food, nightlife, culture, events etc...
