Light-flooded apartment of about 35 square meters in the hotel business consisting of a large living / dining and sleeping area with a cozy double bed and separate bathroom (daylight bathroom) with shower and toilet. The apartment has underfloor heating and an equipped small kitchen (microwave, stove, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso machine...). The great large window fronts are adjoined by a large sun terrace with outdoor furniture. The space In the apartment, everything is ready for you due to the hotel business: towels, shower gel, made beds, Nespresso machine. Arrive and feel good. The apartment impresses with a great lighting concept and large window fronts with a magnificent view of the park and the nature reserve. The apartment's own terrace invites you to a cozy breakfast directly in nature in summer. You can relax there and end the day in peace in the evening at sunset with a glass of wine. On the terrace there is high-quality outdoor furniture from the Kartell brand (table with 4 chairs). In addition, you will find a comfortable sun lounger and an umbrella on the terrace. In between, the sauna session in the magnificent panoramic sauna is a must for complete relaxation. In the apartment there is a cozy sofa from which you can relax and watch TV. The sofa is a super comfortable sofa bed for another person with mattress and slatted frame. The sofa area is separated from the bed area by a small room divider with a swivel TV. So you can enjoy the TV program from the bed or the sofa. As you like. The bed is a double bed measuring 1.60 * 2.00 m. There are two pillows per guest. A normal pillow and a neck support pillow with microgel. We shall supply on request wedge pillows. Furthermore, there is a table with 3 chairs in the apartment, where you can enjoy food or coffee with enough space. On request, a roll or breakfast service is possible in the morning for an additional fee. Breakfast will be placed in a box in front of the apartment door. In addition, we have a very nice outdoor sauna in the form of a panoramic sauna that can be used independently by our guests. Upon arrival, we show our guests how to turn on the sauna independently. Our guests can still use the sauna in the morning at 6 AM but also in the evening at 10 PM. As soon as you go into the sauna, simply turn the sign in front of the sauna to "occupied." This guarantees that you can use the sauna alone. Due to the increased energy costs, the use of the sauna during the stay costs a one-time fee of €10 gross per person. Sauna towels are provided free of charge. Massages can be booked in the apartment upon request. Furthermore, intermediate cleaning of the apartment is possible on request. Of course, fresh towels are also available. Other things to note The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people. The price refers to an occupancy of up to two people. The 3rd person costs €25 gross/night extra. Children up to and including 7 years of age sleep for free. We provide a high chair, children's travel bed and bottle warmer free of charge upon request.
