Light-flooded approx. 35 sqm apartment in hotel operation consisting of a large living / dining and sleeping area with cozy double bed and separate bathroom (daylight bathroom) with shower and toilet. The apartment has underfloor heating and an equipped small kitchen (microwave, stove, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso machine...). The great large window fronts are adjoined by your own large sun terrace with outdoor furniture. The space In the apartment, everything is available for you due to the hotel business: towels, shower gel, covered beds, Nespresso machine. Arrive and feel good. The apartment offers a great lighting concept and large window fronts with an amazing view of the park and the nature reserve. The apartment's own terrace invites you to cozy breakfast directly in nature in summer. You can relax and end the day in the evening at sunset and a glass of wine. On the terrace there is high-quality outdoor furniture of the brand Kartell (table with 4 chairs). In addition, you will find a comfortable sun lounger and an umbrella at the terrace. In the meantime, the sauna session in the magnificent panoramic sauna for complete relaxation should not be missed. In the apartment there is a cozy sofa from where you can watch TV relaxed. The sofa is a super comfy sofa bed for another person with a mattress and slatted base. The sofa area is separated from the bed area by a small room divider with a swiveling TV. So you can enjoy the TV program from the bed or sofa. How to be fun right now. The bed is a double bed measuring 1.60 * 2.00 m. There are two pillows per guest. A normal pillow and a neck support pillow with microgel. We shall supply on request of Keilkissen. Furthermore, there is a table with 3 chairs available in the apartment where you can enjoy food or your coffee with enough space. On request, a bread roll or breakfast service is available on request for an additional fee. Breakfast will be provided in a box in front of the apartment door. In addition, we have a very nice outdoor sauna in the form of a panoramic sauna, which can be used independently by our guests. Upon arrival, we show our guests how to turn on the sauna on their own. Our guests can still use the sauna in the morning at 6 o'clock or in the evening at 10 o'clock. As soon as you go to the sauna, just turn the sign in front of the sauna to "occupied". So it is guaranteed that you can use the sauna alone. Due to the increased energy costs, the use of the sauna during the stay costs €10 gross per person. Sauna towels will be provided free of charge. If desired, massages can be booked in the apartment. Furthermore, an intermediate cleaning of the apartment is possible on request. Also, of course, fresh hand towels, of course. Other things to note The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people. The price refers to an occupancy of up to two people. The 3rd person costs 25€ gross / night extra. Children up to and including 7 years sleep for free. We provide free high chair, children's travel bed and bottle warmer on request.
