- Heater (Oil Radiators), electric blanket, Wi-Fi,

- Secured parking space for up to 4 cars. This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. Pets are allowed. - A Green & happy neighbourhood, the space is Kids friendly and is a Secure neighbourhood for women travellers. The Space: BEDROOMS
- There are 5 spacious bedrooms - 2 in the cottage and 3 in the villa.
- All bedrooms are equipped with king-sized beds, electric blankets, heaters (Oil radiators), Wi-Fi, Smart LED TV, and wardrobes.
- Two of the bedrooms located in the villa have attached balconies with great views, Villa also has a large sit out verandah and a large deck with great views of the mountains and valley. - Two bedrooms in the cottage have a common sit-out overlooking the stunning valley.
- All bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom equipped with geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. BATHROOMS
- There are 5 attached bathrooms at Wisteria House and 1 powder room on the ground floor of the villa.

- There are two chic living rooms, each on the ground floor of the villa and cottage.
- The living room in the cottage has a pantry and can accommodate up to 6 people.
- Whereas, the living room in the villa with its lounge-style setting can accommodate up to 10 people.
- The living room in the villa also features a sunroom which can accommodate up to 4 people.
- The living room in the villa is equipped with a TV, heater and a fireplace.
- The dining area is a component of the living room in the villa. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.
- The exteriors of the villa feature a verdant 3000 sq.ft lawn where guests can indulge in playful outdoor activities. 
- The verandah can accommodate up to 14 people.  -- Both living rooms have Wi-Fi access. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa and cottage. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note HOUSE RULES
 Check-In 2 PM & Check-Out 11 AM. Meal/Kitchen Timings: Breakfast: 08:30 to 10:00 am, Lunch 01:00 to 2:30 pm, Dinner 08:00 to 10:00 pm. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. - Quiet hours - 9 PM to 9 AM - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum and no music after 9 PM.
 - Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas.
 - Smoking indoors in the Villa/Cottage is NOT ALLOWED. Smoking is allowed only in the exterior areas of the property. Hookah & Drugs/Narcotics are strictly not Allowed in the premises. - All-male groups are not allowed. Stags not Allowed. - No inconvenience should be caused to the neighbours & In-house guests. - Loud music, parties/events are not allowed.
 - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
 - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the property.
 Non-guests are not allowed to enter or stay at the Villa/Cottage. In case a guest wishes to invite to visit the Villa/Cottage, they shall take prior written consent from the host. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
 - All foreign nationals must be able to share their valid passport and visa details prior to their stay.
 - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
 - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
 - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - Flammable Items or Weapons are NOT ALLOWED in the premises. - The property is amidst nature. Although pest control services are conducted regularly, some insects and even other animals may find access to the villa/cottage. Guests are requested to keep doors and windows shut and take cautionary measures necessary for their personal protection. Close windows & doors to keep insects and creepy crawlies out. - Caution During Monsoons Due to continuous rains, the terrain around the house can develop moss which could prove to be slippery. Outdoor furniture and a few other areas of the Villa/Cottage may be covered or not be accessible to the guests in the rainy season. Guests are requested to co-operate in such cases with us. Guests are advised to remain cautious during the monsoon season, given the presence of insects, bugs, geckos and lizards in and around the property.  - Note that certain zones in the property may have CCTV surveillance. - Use all resources, like water & electricity mindfully. Please switch off Lights, Heaters, Geysers, Water taps when not in use. - No inconvenience should be caused to the neighbours & In-house guests. - Be respectful in your interaction with our care taking staff and you may leave a tip at your will. - Observe all mandated Covid-19 protocols, to keep yourself and others safe. - Reach out to your Caretaker or Host for requests and concerns. - Host Stays on premises with family. STRICTLY NOTE Hookah & Drugs are not allowed. Smoking Indoors is not allowed. Loud Music is not allowed. No Music after 9 PM. You will be liable to pay for any damages to the property.
