Modern and refurbished 33m2 one bedroom / one bathroom apartment in Barceloneta, it comes with AC, TV, Wifi and equipped kitchen. Located near the beach and 15min walking distance from the city center. Close to the apartment you will find bars, restaurants, supermarket, small local shops, leisure spots and public transport. Guest access - the apartment is on a 5th floor (building with narrow staircase /without elevator) Other things to note Our office is located very close to the apartment in Barceloneta, where you can contact us if you need help during your stay. - Check-ins are possible from Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 19:00. - Very important note: Parties are NOT allowed in the apartment // Noisy activities are NOT allowed between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. - CHECK-IN'S between 7:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. or on local holidays/festivals will have a supplement of €50 to be paid in cash upon arrival. We do not accept arrivals after 23:00. - CHECK-IN'S on Saturdays and Sundays have a supplement of €60 and prior consultation.
