We recommend our guests to get travel insurances (medical and trip cancellation) in case of natural disaster, political events, travel warning, security warning or others.  With a minimum of 7 days notice, the resort will allow a re-booking and then gives your credit for what is already paid, same for rental portion.  Important; Once a reservation is accepted, it’s not automatically confirmed. Meaning we need to book with the hotel and then they will send a confirmation. Everything is done manually. If the room is no longer available, they will offer an upgrade on room type with the appropriate All inclusive fees subjected to that room type. If the reservation can’t be confirmed with the hotel or you don’t accept the upgrade, you can cancel with full refund.
