Great apartment, newly renovated, fully air-conditioned. Located in the heart of Balneário Camboriú, on Av. Atlântica, with a side view of the sea. Close to bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and 50 meters from Shopping Atlântico. You can do everything on foot. It features Wi-Fi internet, Smart TV in the living room and suite, hairdryer, iron, blender, sandwich maker and basic kitchen items. The space LOCATION Located in the Ipacaray Building, on Av. Atlântica, 1800. The apartment is on the second floor, fourth floor, in a building facing the sea. To go to the beach, just cross the street! The building is currently undergoing a renovation at the entrance! SPACE RENTALS FOR FAMILIES AND COUPLES ONLY. I DO NOT RENT TO GROUPS OF MEN OR YOUNG PEOPLE. CONDOMINIUM WITH 24-HOUR CONCIERGE AND CAMERAS. ACCOMMODATIONS The apartment has 3 bedrooms, one of them being an en-suite. In total, we have a queen size bed, 2 double beds and 2 single beds. All beds are box beds, with new mattresses. There is also a two-room living room with a dining table and a Smart TV, a well-equipped kitchen with a 7-seat table, refrigerator, electric oven, cooktop, microwave, blender, coffee maker, cold water dispenser and other utensils, in addition to a view of the beach and the sea, and a laundry room with a washing machine. AIR CONDITIONING In total there are 4 new air conditioners, one in each bedroom and one in the living room. CONNECTIVITY We have Wi-Fi internet and a 48" Smart TV in the living room and a 32" Smart TV in the suite. For those who need to work, two bedrooms have a desk. GARAGE An easily accessible private parking space, located in the garage building next door, but with a place for loading and unloading in the building. It can accommodate a large van, there are 6 short access ramps, it has an elevator. OTHER NOTES - I provide bed linen, 1 bath towel for each guest, 2 face towels, 2 floor towels, 3 dish towels, included in the package. I am not responsible for washing or changing during the rental period. - WE DO NOT ACCEPT PETS. Guest access - Guests will have access to the entire apartment. - The use of the ballroom for seasonal rentals is not allowed. Other things to note REGISTRATION FORM In order to be allowed to enter the building, the full name and documents of all guests must be sent, in addition to the description of the vehicle and the telephone number of the person responsible. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME Check-in is from 3 p.m. Check-out must be completed by 10 a.m. If there is no family leaving or arriving on the same day, we can extend the hours.
