Hampton's Summer Home with Pool

Because of "Covit19" we are waiting for lockdown to be officially over before we accept any bookings. "Shellcrop" is a recently renovated 5-bedroom house, surrounded by an enchanted landscape. The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2-car garage and a large heated pool, smart large screen TV, WIFI, printer and a working piano and fireplace. WELCOME TO "SHELLCROP" "Shellcrop" is a 5-bedroom house featuring an eat-in-kitchen, new large capacity washer and dryer, dining area, large living area with 2-story ceiling, skylight, fireplace, 2 large sofas (one of which converts into a bed), 3 available bikes, and a 65 inch, LED 'smart TV'. The upstairs 'den' is an open layout space that makes a great area for kids, office work or separate living section. Between the 4 bedrooms, pull-out sofa bed and den, the house comfortably sleeps 10-12. Sleeping Accommodations: *Master Bedroom: King-size bed and en suite bathroom with separate multi-jet shower and bathtub. *Bedroom 2: The "mini-Master" equipped with a Queen-size bed is located in the back end of the house, and has its own en suite full bathroom with shower and bathtub. *Bedroom 3: is perfect for children or single guests. It offers two twin beds. *Bedroom 4: Is located towards the front of the house and has steps to a full bathroom with shower. It has two twin beds. *Den - Upstairs is a family/game room which has a twin bed. The house is equipped with central air conditioning, internet access, smoke and CO alarms, and a security system that automatically alerts police and fire departments and fuel oil provider in the case of an emergency. GROUNDS AND POOL A large wood deck with retractable awning is accessible from screened French doors off the dining area. Outdoor lounges and chairs and a state of the art grill await you. The saltwater pool measures approx. 40 feet long by 20 feet wide and is 8 feet at its deepest point and 3 feet at its most shallow. The pool heater is available, but usage is not included in rental price and has to be paid in cash. It is surrounded by a protective fence for children's safety, and has a patio area with lounges, table and chairs for sunning and lounging. The original owners of the house were avid gardeners and the grounds evoke traditional English-style gardens. The lawn, flora and overall landscape are meticulously maintained with bi-weekly visits from a groundsman. The front lawn is expansive and dotted by beautiful, old trees along a lengthy gravel driveway. LOCATION Remsenberg is a hamlet located in the town of Southampton in Long Island. Remsenburg is a quiet community of tree-lined streets and gracious and historic country homes along Moriches Bay and its inlets, complete with small beaches and a marina. It carries the calm and beauty (and colourful sunsets!) that initially inspired artists like Jackson Pollock to the Hamptons. Farms, stables and vegetable gardens are a common sight surrounding traditional homes both large and small. We are located near excellent surf spots, restaurants and bars: all are easily accessible in nearby Westhampton Beach and Westhampton. TRANSPORTATION The first town of the Hamptons, the trip to Manhattan can often be made in under 90 minutes by car, and 2 hours by train from Speonk station. Guest access Entire house, deck, pool, garage, and grounds with hammock. Other things to note We have a working well tuned Piano and Fireplace in the living room and a heated pool.
