This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. In the heart of the Ecrins Natural Park, between the Champsaur and Valgaudemar valleys, whether in winter, 20 minutes from the ski resorts of Ancelle, St Léger les Mélèzes, Chaillol, Laye, the Bayard Plateau (cross country skiing, snowshoeing) and 40 minutes from Orcières Merlette or from spring, a wide choice of hiking trails is available to you, not to mention Lake Sautet 10 minutes away, and all its water activities. The space The totally renovated home is on the 1st floor of an old farmhouse. The staircase opens to the kitchen/living room that you have to cross to go to the vaulted room. Separate from the living room there is the bathroom, a toilet and the laundry room. To the left of the stairs is a second toilet, the second bedroom and its mezzanine. This accommodation is ideal for 4 to 6 people, adults with children. At the entrance, at the bottom of the stairs, you can use the closet to put on your ski boots, motorcycle helmets... Guest access Being in the countryside, the property has a large private courtyard. In case of rain or snow, it is possible to shelter a car in an open shed at the top of the courtyard.
