The space On the 1st floor of an old hotel steeped in history built in 1899 in the center of a small Savoyard village of 850 inhabitants, the apartment with an area of 58 m² has a fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, induction hob, hood, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster) with a dining area, a living room with 1 fixed sofa and 1 sofa bed 140X190, a bathroom/toilet, a bedroom with dressing room and adjoining bathroom/toilet (1 bed 140X190, 1 bed 80X140 and 1 mezzanine bed 90X190) and an alcove (2 beds 90X190 or 1 king size bed 180X190 on request). 1 folding bed 90X190 can be added in the living room if necessary.
