We provide complimentary continental breakfast, as well as 1 round trip airport transfer, making your arrival and departure as smooth and convenient as possible. The villa's unique design, built on three levels, offers maximum privacy for each section of the property. Whether you prefer to relax in your room or enjoy the common areas, we aim to provide a serene and tranquil environment for your stay. To cater to your needs, we provide daily services that include a Villa Manager, chef, and housekeeping. Our dedicated staff is available throughout your stay to ensure that you have a relaxing and hassle-free experience. Villa Baan Phu Prana spans a grand total size of 2804 square meters, providing ample space for you and your fellow guests to enjoy. Additionally, please note that the villa was renovated in 2022/2023, ensuring that it is in excellent condition and meets our highest standards of luxury and comfort. As for the security deposit, a payment of 50,000 Thai baht is required upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded in full during check-out, provided that there are no damages or breakage incurred during your stay. A request in cash, any currency, equal to $1500 USD. As for accommodation, please note that there is an additional charge of 3000 baht per person, per night after 18 adults. This ensures that we can maintain the quality of service and amenities for each guest. The rental rate encompasses a comprehensive package of amenities, which includes the expertise of a skilled Villa Manager, a culinary maestro as your personal chef, and a committed cleaning staff. These individuals are available for a generous 9 hours a day, ensuring that you receive top-notch service throughout your stay. These amenities provide a comfortable and connected experience for guests. The three-level design of the villa, with its slope-hugging architecture, ensures maximum privacy in every section. It's worth mentioning that from June 2023, an elevator has been added to accommodate up to 8 guests, making accessibility even more convenient. The villa has been renovated in 2022/2023.. Other things to note A security deposit of $1500 USD or equal to 50,000 Thai baht is required upon arrival, and it will be returned to you in full during check-out, barring any damages made during your stay. This is a standard practice to ensure the maintenance and care of the property. Regarding the check-in and check-out times, check-in time is at 15:00, and check-out time is at 12:00.(Noon) This allows our team to adequately prepare the villa for incoming guests and ensure a seamless transition for everyone. Additionally, to facilitate your arrival and departure, we offer 1 round trip airport transfer as part of your booking. This ensures a convenient and hassle-free journey to and from the villa. 20% service fee will be charged on the original bills of groceries and drinks/spirits. If more than 18 guests staying in the villa, we charge 3000 THB per night per extra bed.
